Early Bird Registrations for Debt Management Conference Extended to March 5

NCHELP is pleased to announce that the deadline for the discounted early-bird registration fees for the Debt Management conference has been extended until Friday, March 5. We realize that there is a focus on keeping costs at a minimum and hope that this "stimulus package" rate will enable more to benefit from the training provided at the Debt Management Conference.

You may register for the discounted Early Bird rate on the NCHELP website.  We appreciate your prompt fee payments but due to the unsafe weather conditions in the Washington DC area, we have closed the office and we will be unable to collect payment information today. We look forward to working with you when we return to the office.

Room Rate
The NCHELP group room rate is $179 S/D plus $15 per day ammenity fee.  The fee includes: high speed internet, access to spa fitness center, local calls, no access fee for long distance or 800 numbers, 2 bottles of water daily, daily newspaper, complimentary shuttle service within Opryland Complex, golf course and/or mall.

Government or State Agency Room Rate
Should you qualify for a government or state agency rate, NCHELP MAY be able to assist you should the hotel have availability in the specific rate class.  Please contact Stefanie Gramm at sgramm@nchelp.org for details.

Reservation Procedure
Attendees may telephone the Reservation Department by calling (615) 889-1000.  Reference must be given to NCHELP to assure the group rate.  All reservations must be guaranteed for arrival with a major credit card and/or a first room night deposit. 

Cut-Off Date
The hotel will accept reservations until the cut-off date of March 1, 2010. After that date, NCHELP or the Hotel cannot guarantee the conference rates or assure availability, all rooms remaining in the group block will be returned to the hotel's general inventory for sale to other groups and individuals.

The group rate has been extended to you for a period of three days prior and three days after the meeting dates, based on availability.

Room Cancellation
Reservations may be canceled up to 72 hours prior to arrival without penalty.  If cancellation of reservation takes place within 72 hours of the scheduled arrival one night’s room revenue will be charged.

Check-In/Check-Out Times
Check-in time at Gaylord Opryland is 3:00 p.m. Check-out time is 11:00 a.m.

What to Wear
The conference dress is business casual.   The average temperature in March is 59/40 degrees. 

Transportation Services
Gaylord Opryland is located 15 minutes from the Nashville Airport.

The Gaylord Express Service
For your convenience, Gaylord offers air-conditioned airport shuttle luxury motor coach to take you to and from Nashville International Airport. The fare is $20 one-way and $30 round-trip.

From the Airport to Gaylord Opryland
To purchase shuttle tickets, stop by the Gaylord Opryland welcome desk at the Ground Transportation area on the lower level of the airport. Look for the green-and-white Gaylord Opryland shuttle outside. The shuttle runs continuously from 5:30 am to 11:00 p.m. with the last shuttle leaving at 11:00 p.m. every day.

From Gaylord Opryland to Airport
Board the shuttle outside the Magnolia lobby front door daily from 5:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. with the last shuttle leaving the Hotel at 10:30 p.m. The shuttle will take you directly to your airline. For domestic flights, please wait for the shuttle at least two hours before your flight. For international flights, wait for the shuttle at least three hours prior to your flight time.

Parking
Self-parking is available for $18.00 per day (plus tax); valet parking is available for $25.00 per day (plus tax). Prices are subject to change without notice.

• All cancellations must be in writing to the NCHELP office and addressed to conferences@nchelp.org. 
  
•  Cancellation fees will be assessed for both prepaid and non-prepaid registrations.
  

• Registrations cancelled prior to February 08, 2010 will receive a full refund minus a $75 administrative fee.

• Registrations cancelled between February 09 and March 8, 2010 will receive 50% refund minus a $75 administrative fee.

• Registrations cancelled after March 8, 2010 will not receive a refund.

• Registrations may be transferred to another registrant from your organization within the same conference at any time.

• Please note that registrations fees from prior conferences/conventions for your organization will be deducted from any refunds.

• Refunds will be processed 30 days after the conference.
