GUEST ROOM RATES
$179 Single/Double plus $20 amenity fee and taxes.

Amenity Fee Includes:  Bell gratuities, on property transportation gratuities, complimentary self and valet parking, personal wireless internet, unlimited local calls, unlimited 800 calls, USA Today delivered to each room, In-room coffee and tea, Complimentary tennis, golf bag storage, Access to the fitness facility (classes included). 

RESERVATIONS
Make your reservations directly with the hotel by calling the reservations department at 1-800-532-0500. Request the room rate for the NCHELP Legal Meeting.  Be sure to make your reservations no later than February 27, 2010.  The hotel does not guaranty room availability after that date, and a higher rate may be charged.

ROOM CANCELATION
Reservations can be canceled up to 7 days prior to arrival without penalty.  If complete cancellation takes place within 7 days prior to scheduled arrival a cancelation fee equal to one (1) night’s room revenue will be charged with the exception of a personal or medical emergency where verification can be provided.

CHECK-IN AND CHECK OUT
Check-in time is after 4:00 p.m. Checkout time is 12:00 noon.

ATTIRE
Dress is business casual. The average temperature for March in Napa Valley is 65/43 degrees.

AIR TRANSPORTATION
The nearest airports are San Francisco International (62 miles via the Oakland Bay Bridge) and Oakland Airport (50 miles).  Complete directions can be found on the resort’s website.

GUEST PARKING
Valet and public parking are available.

We look forward to seeing you at the upcoming meeting.  Below is our cancellation policy, in the event that you are unable to attend the meeting:

•All cancellations must be in writing to the NCHELP office and addressed to conferences@nchelp.org.
•Cancellation fees will be assessed for both prepaid and non-prepaid registrations.
•Registrations cancelled prior to February 9, 2009 will receive a full refund minus a $75 administrative fee.
•Registrations cancelled between February 10 and March 3, 2010 will receive 50% refund minus a $75 administrative fee.
•Registrations cancelled after March 3, 2009 will not receive a refund.
•Registrations may be transferred to another registrant from your organization within the same conference at any time.
•Please note that registrations fees from prior conferences/conventions for your organization will be deducted from any refunds.
•Refunds will be processed 30 days after the conference
