CommonRecord: CommonLine Testing Tool Version 1.2.0.10 .net
This is the new .net version created and donated to the industry by JustIQ.
Requires .net 2.0 framework to run. If you need this framework, it is available below.

Note: To date this version of the testing tool has not had the benefit of extensive industry testing. Users who encounter file errors when using the tool should confirm that they agree with the tool’s ruling. For comparison purposes, the Delphi version of the tool is available in the e-Library in the Archived Tools folder. If there is a question as to the appropriateness of an edit (or a lack of an edit), an issue should be opened for the T&C Advisory Team to review. Issues may be reported by selecting Issue Reporting and Code Lookup on the NCHELP home page:
