The Legal Committee's most public activity is the sponsorship of several open meetings throughout the year. The committee meets during both the Spring and Fall Conventions and holds its own meetings in the Winter and Summer. These meetings address both guarantor issues as well as lender and secondary market issues of concern to NCHELP members and FFELP participants. Along with these services, the committee serves as a resource for NCHELP on legal topics.
