  UPDATE: On May 11, 2010, this announcement was updated to provide clarification on information needed for the Loan Sale File Layouts, specifically Record 07 – Disbursement Data Record. To properly report to NSLDS, Record 07 must be sent for each disbursement, including those that are cancelled prior to disbursement. Loans that have been fully cancelled (zero balance loans) should not be included on the conversion transfer file. The Loan Sale File Layout attachments have been updated as a result of this clarification.
